NEET-PG 2026 Admit Card Release Ahead of August 30 Examination
NEW DELHI, AUGUST 27, 2026: With the NEET-PG 2026 examination just days away, thousands of medical aspirants are closely watching the latest schedule issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The postgraduate medical entrance examination is scheduled for August 30, 2026, in a single shift.
The immediate focus is on the admit card, following changes to its release schedule. NBEMS has issued a revised notice regarding the hall ticket, and candidates have been advised to rely only on official communications amid misinformation and social-media speculation about the examination.
The NEET-PG examination is the national entrance test for admission to MD, MS and PG Diploma courses. According to the examination schedule, the August 30 test is expected to be conducted from 9 am to 12:30 pm across examination centres in the country.
Cut-off to Follow After the Examination
It is important to distinguish the admit-card schedule from the NEET-PG qualifying cut-off. The 2026 qualifying cut-off marks will not be known on August 27; they will be announced along with the examination results. The result is scheduled to be declared by September 30, 2026.
As candidates enter the final phase of preparation, attention is now firmly on the examination-day arrangements and official instructions.
